What does Al’Fez mean?

Al’Fez, or ال فاس in Arabic, translates directly to mean “The Fez”.

Fez is an historic city in Morocco, a traditional hat worn by men throughout the Maghreb and an iconic symbol of Morocco.

Where do your products come from?

Core ingredients such as Za’atar, Sumac, Tahini and Couscous are imported from origin. Our sauces and pastes are made to Sam’s own recipes using spice blends exclusively created for each product.

At Al’Fez we’re keen to offer our customers an authentic culinary experience – we cater for both expert cooks as well as beginners who are looking to try the cuisine for the first time.
